TELOS Fachklinik Liblar
The TELOS Fachklinik Liblar is a medical rehabilitation facility in Erftstadt-Liblar (North Rhine-Westphalia) that specializes in the treatment of women, men, and couples with drug and multiple addictions. With an integrative treatment approach, the clinic combines psychotherapeutic, medical, and nursing services as well as complementary work and occupational therapy measures.
The basis of the work is a humanistic view of humanity, which focuses on the individual abilities and resources of the rehabilitants. The multi-professional team supports the resolution of addictive patterns and develops new behavioral strategies for a self-determined life together with the patients. The clinic relies on systemic-solution-oriented psychotherapy, which takes place in both group and individual settings.
Another focus is on cooperation with pension insurance providers, health insurance companies, addiction counseling centers and correctional facilities to ensure seamless and patient-oriented aftercare. The affiliated adaptation facility with eight treatment places also enables a gradual reintegration into everyday life.
The TELOS Fachklinik is committed to a high quality standard through continuous training and adaptation to current medical and therapeutic standards. The aim is to enable the rehabilitants to sustainably break free from addiction and to strengthen them in their personal development.
Locations: Erftstadt-Liblar (main location) and affiliated adaptation facility.
Capacity: Up to 60 treatment places in the specialist clinic.
