Unisono offers an outpatient living and care mode with the intensity of an inpatient facility: Continuous 24/7 structuring seven days a week, including daily structure and comprehensive care.[2] The house in a in the Gera district of Zwötzen creates a quiet, supportive environment that originally served as a children's week home.[8] Residents receive tailored to their unique life story. The goal is to , strengthen the parental role and gradually manage everyday life independently – towards .[2]
In harmony with yourself and the world – that is the guiding principle of Unisono.[2] The work is based on resource-oriented approaches, social therapeutic content and intensive relationship work. The focus is on the motivation of the residents to face the challenges of a shared living arrangement, raising children and structured everyday life.[2] Unisono not only supports in coping with illnesses, but also actively strengthens the ability to live as a responsible mother or father. Values such as individuality, abstinence promotion and community life shape every day.[1][2]
Although explicit sustainability initiatives are not described in detail in the sources, resource-oriented pedagogy indirectly contributes to long-term social sustainability: By promoting autonomy and integration, dependencies on support structures are minimized, which conserves resources for society.[2] The location in the green garden underlines an environmentally conscious setting that promotes relaxation and stability.[8] Unisono positions itself as a stable partner in the care of vulnerable families, with a focus on preventive and rehabilitative measures against social exclusion.[9]
Unisono UG (hb) embodies hope and agency: Here, crises create new perspectives for parents and children. With professional, warm support, the path to independence becomes feasible – uniquely individual, always in harmony.[2]
