The VAMV State Association Berlin is the competent and dedicated representation of interests for single-parent families in the capital. As part of the Federal Association of Single Mothers and Fathers e.V., which has been active since 1967, we support separated parents in Berlin in taking control of their lives as single parents with confidence.
The main mission of VAMV Berlin is the appreciation, recognition, and promotion of single parents and their children as an equal family form. Our values are based on the principle of self-help and the promotion of equal opportunities for all children. We strive for a society in which single parents can spend sufficient time with their children without existential worries and where gender equality is promoted from the very beginning.
