The Verein für inklusive Bildung im Rhein-Sieg-Kreis e. V. has been committed to the joint education and care of children with and without disabilities for over 50 years. Almost 200 children are cared for and supported in the association's two daycare centers, Kita Heidepänz and Kita Burgpänz.
Kita Heidepänz in Troisdorf on the Rotter See offers 100 children a place in special education and inclusive groups. Kita Burgpänz in Troisdorf-Mitte cares for 80 children in four inclusive groups. Both facilities work according to the pedagogical approach of Maria Montessori, which enables every child to develop in their uniqueness and without pressure to perform.
Inclusion is a central value of the association. Inclusive play, learning and living together of children with different abilities, backgrounds and developmental stages is actively promoted. The aim is for children to learn to deal authentically with themselves and to accept themselves as they are.
The BBI Rhein-Sieg gGmbH, a subsidiary of the association, is also committed to the inclusion of children and young people with disabilities or at risk of disability. The employees of the BBI accompany children and young people in daycare centers, schools and special schools to enable them to participate in everyday life.
The association also offers a family center and is involved in parental work to support parents in their educational work. This includes annual development discussions, consultation offers as needed, familiarization discussions, daily door-to-door discussions, parent information afternoons and joint celebrations.
A special offer is the annual children's vacation, which allows parents to take a break and promotes the independence of the children.
The association is always open to new employees and welcomes unsolicited applications.
