The Versorgungswerk der Landesärztekammer Hessen has been a partially legally capable institution of the Landesärztekammer Hessen since October 2006. It is a corporation under public law whose main task is to ensure old-age and occupational disability provision for over 32,000 doctors in Hessen [1].
