The NGDA – Netzgesellschaft Deutscher Apotheker GmbH is the central point of trust and the digital designer in the German pharmacy market. The focus of the activities is on the development and operation of a highly secure, intelligent data network for pharmacies, which, in addition to connecting to the telematics infrastructure of the healthcare system, also includes its own applications for digitizing pharmacy processes. A core project is the pharmacy server within the German securPharm-Systems, which ensures protection against counterfeit medicines. With the specially developed identification procedure "N-Ident", NGDA makes a significant contribution to realizing drug safety and electronic processes such as electronic orders or networking with doctors and clinics.
The company sees itself as a driver of digital transformation in the pharmacy market and thus supports pharmacies in meeting the challenges of an increasingly demanding healthcare environment.
