The Wasserver- und Abwasserentsorgungs-Zweckverband Region Ludwigsfelde (WARL) is an association of 14 cities and municipalities in the state of Brandenburg, founded in 1992. The association aims to develop and implement cost-effective and ecologically sound solutions for water and wastewater.
The main mission of the WARL is to fulfill the sovereign tasks of drinking water supply and wastewater disposal in a cost-effective and ecologically responsible manner. The association attaches great importance to the stability of the supply and disposal systems as well as to the damping of fee development.
The WARL is involved in various climate protection activities and develops long-term strategies for the implementation of sustainability goals. These include the promotion of projects that promote environmental protection and resource conservation. The association strives to continuously improve its services and minimize environmental impact.
