editThe EFRE/JTF program in North Rhine-Westphalia, funded by the European Regional Development Fund (EFRE) and the Just Transition Fund (JTF), aims to promote regional development and make North Rhine-Westphalia a sustainable and competitive location. The programs are under the administration of the Ministry of Economy, Industry, Climate Protection and Energy of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (MWIKE).
Main Mission and Values
editThe main mission of the program is to strengthen the economic, ecological and social development in North Rhine-Westphalia. This is done by promoting innovation, digitization and sustainable economic structure. The values of the program include the promotion of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the support of research and development, and the strengthening of social cohesion in the regions.

Sustainability Goals and Initiatives
editA central goal of the program is to reduce CO2 emissions and promote a climate-neutral economy.
