The Württembergische Schwesternschaft vom Roten Kreuz e.V. (WSSRK) is a non-profit association of around 1,500 professional nurses, which has been part of the international Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement for over 100 years. It was founded in 1919 by Charlotte von Württemberg. The organization is one of the 31 democratically organized DRK sisterhoods in Germany[1][3].
