Zukunftsstiftung Bildung

Our main mission is to support young people, promote their individual development, and empower them to develop interest, commitment, and responsibility for the common good of society. We rely on democratic educational practices that open up new spaces for participants and transfer responsibility. Our values include promoting equal opportunities, individual development, and the development into free and responsible individuals[1][3].

• Education for the Future: We aim for education to adapt to the needs of modern society. This includes learning methods, personal learning and self-management, collegial learning and leadership, as well as planetary learning to understand and protect the world[4].
• Learning Places of the Future: We are working to design learning places to be flexible and cross-age. Our vision includes open learning places where students can learn autonomously and school attendance is made more flexible[4].
• Cooperations and Network: We cooperate with a variety of institutions, including schools, businesses, and organizations, to achieve our goals. Our funding is based on state and federal funded projects as well as non-governmental funding partners and own resources[5].

The Zukunftsstiftung Bildung is committed to having a positive impact on the educational landscape through innovative educational approaches and close cooperation, preparing young people for their future challenges.
