As a state-recognized competence center and private school owned by the Zentralverband der Augenoptiker und Optometristen (ZVA), it stands for the highest quality of education and innovative further training concepts. The academy offers a wide range of educational opportunities: from master courses and Germany's first part-time Bachelor's degree program in ophthalmic optics and optometry to specialized courses such as the Optometrist HWK/ZVA and an extensive seminar program for journeymen, masters and specialists.
