The Abrechnungsspezialist/Billing Specialist is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate invoicing for customers and disposal partners, maintaining smooth operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling billing inquiries, preparing disposal orders for invoicing, managing invoice disputes, coordinating with accounting, analyzing processes, providing feedback for product improvement, maintaining databases, and generating reports.
Aufgaben
- Responsible for timely and accurate invoicing for customers and disposal partners
- Handling invoice complaints and recording them in the ticket system
- Managing orders in the waste management and recycling platform for invoicing
- Maintaining creditor and debtor databases
- Creating statistics, monthly, and annual reports
Voraussetzungen
- Solid knowledge in recycling industry and accounting preparation
- Desire to develop further and potentially lead a small team in the future
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
- Solution-oriented approach
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, and databases
- Fluency in German and English
