Infrastructure Architect (m/f/x)
Einführung
The Architectural Design Manager position at IONITY involves supporting the business growth in Germany and other European countries by assisting in the roll-out of an Ultra Fast Electric Vehicle Charging network. The role includes site concept design, planning permit applications, managing suppliers and subcontractors, and providing comprehensive reporting to the Management Team. The ideal candidate is a qualified architect with post-qualification experience, proficient in CAD, capable of interpreting ground investigation surveys, and experienced in project management and infrastructure design. They should have a good understanding of legislation and regulations, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a target-oriented work style.
Aufgaben
- Assist in the roll-out of Ultra Fast Electric Vehicle Charging network in various European countries
- Design and define the layout of future charging stations
- Manage suppliers and sub-contractors for concept designs
- Coordinate with designers for civil and electrical engineering design
- Provide comprehensive reporting to Management Team on design and planning permit status
Voraussetzungen
- Qualified architect with 5+ years of experience
- Proficient in CAD and 3D rendering
- Experience in ground investigation surveys and civil works
- Knowledge of legislation, regulations, and codes of practice
- Strong project management skills
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget
- Experience in obtaining approvals and permits from authorities
- Target-oriented with problem-solving and communication skills
- Self-motivated with an interest in decarbonisation of transport
- Valid driver's license
