Einführung
Plan A is seeking a Business Development Team Lead to drive sustainable solutions and propel sales pipeline growth for businesses aiming to decarbonise and meet climate objectives. The role involves leading and coaching a team of SDRs and BDRs, setting performance targets, optimizing lead generation processes, and ensuring seamless collaboration between departments. The ideal candidate should have a background in Sales Development or Inside Sales, with leadership experience in a SaaS or technology company, and a strong understanding of BDR best practices and tools.
Aufgaben
- Lead the recruitment, training, and ongoing coaching of SDRs and BDRs
- Set clear performance targets for the team
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to define and optimize lead generation processes
- Implement best practices for outbound prospecting and lead nurturing
- Ensure seamless handover of qualified leads
- Provide comprehensive training and resources to SDRs and BDRs
- Oversee the use and optimization of sales technology tools
Voraussetzungen
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5 years of experience in Sales Development or Inside Sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a SaaS or technology company
- Proven track record of exceeding lead generation targets
- Strong understanding of BDR best practices, processes, and tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in European markets is a plus
