Einführung
The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is seeking a Centre of Expertise Associate to support people management, well-being, and engagement activities within the People and Culture (PAC) Department. The role involves contributing to performance management, staff survey campaigns, leadership talent reviews, and supporting the Staff Health team. The ideal candidate should have a university degree in a relevant field, excellent communication skills, proficiency in English, and advanced computer skills. This is a traineeship position based in Geneva with a gross monthly salary of 3,840 CHF.
Aufgaben
- Supporting Performance Management and Development campaigns
- Assisting in staff survey campaigns
- Maintaining relationships with stakeholders
- Developing and delivering presentations
- Supporting HR documents filing
Voraussetzungen
- University degree in relevant field
- Maximum of one year's professional experience
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
