Aid Pioneers, a Berlin-based humanitarian aid organization, is looking for a dynamic Communications Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic communications, content creation, and project management. The role involves managing brand development projects, implementing communication strategies, producing high-quality content, maintaining the organization's website, building media relationships, promoting events, and more. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in communications or related fields, proficiency in visual content creation tools, website management experience, and fluency in English and German. Aufgaben
- Manage brand development projects and coordinate with agencies and external talent
- Develop and implement multi-channel communications strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Produce and manage high-quality written and visual content for various communication channels
- Maintain organization's website and ensure content is up-to-date and engaging
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and handle media inquiries
- Plan and execute strategies to promote events and maximize their impact
- Support communications with donors, partners, and stakeholders
- Oversee internal communications to ensure effective information flow within the organization
- Track and analyze the performance of communication strategies and campaigns
Voraussetzungen
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful communications strategies
- Proficiency in visual content creation tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar
- Experience in website management and content management systems (CMS)
- Experience with email marketing and CRM tools, particularly Mailchimp
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Fluency in English and German
- Self-starter with proactive and independent work ethic
- Experience with project management and working with external agencies and talent
- Knowledge of performance metrics and analytics tools
