The company's AI-powered software enhances repair efficiency, improves customer experience, and promotes product longevity. They aim to accelerate product circularity and reduce CO2 emissions by 2030. The role involves working closely with the Co-Founder & CEO, engaging in strategic tasks, networking with clients and investors, and testing entrepreneurial ideas. Ideal candidates should have an impact-driven entrepreneurial mindset, practical experience in startups or consulting, and be pursuing business or similar studies. Fluency in English is required, German is a plus, and French is desirable. The position offers the opportunity to combine entrepreneurship with sustainable impact in a flexible and growth-oriented environment in Berlin.
Aufgaben
- Work closely with the CEO on strategic topics
- Network with clients, investors, and pitch at events
- Test own ideas and learn from mistakes
- Take on responsibility and accountability
Voraussetzungen
- Impact-driven entrepreneurial mindset
- First practical experience in startup, strategy consulting, or own projects
- Business or similar studies in senior Bachelor or early Master semester
- Experience in creating pitch decks, research, and data analysis
- Pragmatic, curious, friendly, well-organized, and outgoing
- Fluency in English, German is a plus, French is a nice to have
