- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and pipeline
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Voraussetzungen
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-growing startup environment
- Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles across different functions
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
