Aufgaben
- Manage day-to-day operations of the accounting department
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Develop and maintain internal controls
- Contribute to monthly reporting and annual budgeting process
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
- Stay abreast of accounting standards and regulations
- Mentor and develop accounting staff
- Prepare the company for upcoming growth
- Develop a network with key stakeholders
Voraussetzungen
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or other certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting leadership roles
- Deep understanding of financial reporting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
