    Einführung

    The Head of Digitalisation position at the ICRC is a key leadership role responsible for driving digital transformation and modernization within the organization. The role involves optimizing processes, developing a digital ecosystem, managing program initiatives, implementing strategies, and overseeing budget allocation for digital transformation. The Head of Digitalisation works closely with internal and external stakeholders, supervises a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts, and ensures alignment with the ICRC's Institutional Strategy. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in project management, change management, and leading large-scale transformations, along with a strong understanding of end-to-end processes and ERP systems.

    Aufgaben

    • Lead the development and implementation of programs and processes linked with digital transformation
    • Develop an ICRC digital ecosystem to improve user experience for various personas
    • Measure and develop metrics to steer efficiency gains
    • Identify risks and mitigation measures associated with the transformation program
    • Manage budget and resources for the transformation program
    • Monitor and report progress and roadmaps to senior sponsors
    • Supervise a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts
    • Build and expand the team as the digitalisation program grows
    • Interact with internal and external stakeholders
    • Adhere to ICRC principles and code of conduct
    • Maintain a pleasant working environment
    • Perform duties with confidentiality
    • May perform additional tasks as required

    Voraussetzungen

    • 15+ years of professional experience
    • Minimum 5 years experience in managing large projects or programs
    • Experience in leading large-scale transformations
    • Good knowledge of standard end-to-end processes
    • Experience in ERP development and deployment
    • Experience in low-tech countries and frugal innovation a plus
    • University degree
    • Change management training
    • Certification in project management
    • Lean experience is an asset
    • Fluent in English and French
    • Computer proficiency
