Aufgaben
- Lead and manage the controlling, accounting, and legal team
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and contribute to the company's commercial strategy
- Create and manage financial plan and budget
- Execute all reporting related topics
- Analyze financials and business performance
- Oversee financial operations and legal activities
- Establish and maintain relationships with external partners
- Ensure financial policies and procedures are in place
- Orchestrate required business certifications
Voraussetzungen
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or similar field
- 8+ years of experience in financial or consulting role
- Experience in team leadership
- Hands-on and proactive work approach
- Experience in financial strategies, planning, and forecasting
- Fluency in German and English
