Einführung
VoltStorage GmbH, a Munich-based start-up, is seeking a Head of Product & Business Development to drive forward their vision of making renewable energy available 24/7 for a green, sustainable, and fair future. The role involves leading the product development of grid-scale battery systems, developing innovative products and business areas, establishing partnerships, and achieving strategic objectives. The ideal candidate should have experience in team leadership, technical or engineering background, external representation of the company, and strategic product development.
Aufgaben
- Leading the product development of grid-scale battery systems in alignment with the overall company strategy
- Developing innovative products and business areas
- Defining and communicating the product vision to all stakeholders
- Establishing partnerships, collaborations, and alliances
- Revenue generation and achievement of strategic objectives
- Leading the product management and business development teams
Voraussetzungen
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and develop teams towards objectives
- Completed technical or engineering degree or equivalent education, preferably with a focus on electrical engineering
- Experience in representing the company externally, building and maintaining partnerships
- Competence in developing and implementing product strategies aligned with corporate objectives
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and evaluate market entry strategies
- Capacity for strategic thinking, risk assessment, and optimizing profit maximization within the value chain
