Einführung
The Onboarding Project Manager at Hubject in Berlin plays a crucial role in supporting the integration process for partners onto the eMobility platform. The role involves developing processes, providing guidance to partners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The position offers a hybrid work system with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote at Europe's green technology and eMobility hotspot, EUREF Campus in Berlin.
Aufgaben
- Develop and implement processes to streamline and optimize partner onboarding and integration procedures.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, providing guidance and support throughout the integration process.
- Assist partners with technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving challenges related to integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Success to ensure successful integration and alignment with partner needs.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in integration processes and tools, and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for partners to educate them on our platform capabilities and integration best practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation and resources for partners to reference during the integration process.
Voraussetzungen
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology or SaaS company.
- Strong technical background with a good understanding of APIs, and web services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM systems, project management tools, and other relevant software applications is a plus.
