The Marketing team at Motatos is high-performing and covers various areas such as corporate communication, social media, customer insight, graphic design, and more, all driven by data and focused on key performance indicators like brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Aufgaben
- Acquire new partnerships through negotiations and deal optimization.
- Identify new channels of acquisition, build business cases, and execute campaigns.
- Generate business reporting for the market.
- Implement promotional campaigns and Growth Strategies.
- Perform performance monitoring and reporting.
- Provide proactive account management to affiliate partners.
- Monetize partnerships with major affiliates and publishers.
- Stay updated on competition and industry issues.
- Identify opportunities for ad-hoc activations and growth tactics.
Voraussetzungen
- Degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Management or relevant fields.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in Affiliate marketing or a relevant role.
- Based in Berlin.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus).
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
