Philanthropic Gifts Officer
Einführung
The Philanthropic Gifts Officer at Women for Women International is responsible for developing case for support, stewardship, cultivation, and solicitation for major and mid-level gifts from donors. The Officer collaborates with various teams to ensure consistent donor treatment and engagement. Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of donors, organizing donor events, and implementing cultivation strategies. The role requires fundraising experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within the organization. The position is remote with a preference for applicants based on the US East Coast.
Aufgaben
- Develop and manage a portfolio of major and mid-level donors/prospects
- Build donor engagement/relations strategies
- Coordinate fundraising events and donor fundraising activities
- Collaborate with Global Revenue Team and other departments for revenue generation
- Utilize Salesforce for donor management
Voraussetzungen
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of frontline fundraising experience with proven success
- Experience managing fundraising targets and donor relationships
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects with deadlines
- Willingness to travel domestically
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM tool
