Einführung

They provide companies with digital tools to manage, track, and improve recycling processes, leading to cost savings and sustainability. The Product Manager role involves shaping the recycling platform, collaborating with internal and external partners, and driving customer-centric initiatives.
Aufgaben
- Lead the development of a part of the core product through collaboration across the entire organization
- Work closely with the Product lead of the business unit to oversee a backlog and steer the development of the core product
- Craft customer experiences from ideation to launch, growth, and maintenance
- Use data and UX research to gather insights and justify decisions
Voraussetzungen
- 2+ years of product management and/or product development experience
- Strong product operations background with attention to detail
- Experience in product marketing
- Fluency in English (C1), German language skills a plus
