Einführung
The Project Officer position in Berlin involves supporting projects in the MENA Department, specifically in Syria and Yemen, and acting as a liaison between the Beirut Regional Office and the Berghof Head Office. Responsibilities include coordinating with project teams, managing administrative and financial tasks, organizing internal communication, and supporting the MENA Management team. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields, experience in the MENA region, strong communication and coordination skills, and proficiency in English and Arabic. Occasional travel to high-risk areas is also part of the job. The position offers flexibility in working arrangements, transparent compensation, and 30 days of vacation.
Aufgaben
- Supporting projects in the MENA Department

- Assisting new colleagues during onboardings

Voraussetzungen
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g., Peace and Conflict Studies, Political Science)
- Working experience in the MENA region
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Experience in organizing events and meetings
- Fluency in English, Arabic is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
