Einführung

The Senior Members and Partnerships Manager DACH will be responsible for acquiring and managing partnerships with corporate sponsors and members in the football industry, focusing on the German-speaking markets. The role involves building relationships, developing propositions, and supporting impact programs.
Aufgaben
- Acquiring and managing partnerships with corporate sponsors and members
- Representing the organization in interactions with football industry stakeholders
- Developing and presenting bespoke propositions for prospective members and partners
- Organizing and managing shared activations with members and partners
- Establishing strong knowledge of NGO partners and impact programs
Voraussetzungen
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in athlete, sales, partnerships, or sponsorship management in the sports/football industry
- Experience in fundraising and achieving ambitious financial and community growth targets
- Design thinking mindset
- Strong networking and communication skills
- Fluency in German and English, proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Existing network of connections in the football industry is a plus
