Einführung
Join the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB) in Bonn as a Social Media Manager / Community Manager, where you will play a key role in shaping and managing our digital communication strategies.
Aufgaben
- (Further) development of creative and target group-specific social media strategies
- Selection and management of social media accounts
- Monitoring trends and innovations in the social media sector and further development and implementation of social media-related regulations within the authority
- Advising/supporting online communities (including on LinkedIn, Mastodon, and YouTube) including moderating discussions and promoting exchange
- Supporting the editorial team in planning and creating relevant content (text, image, video)
Voraussetzungen
- Completed relevant scientific university degree, preferably in social, economic or humanities, ideally with a focus on communication
- Very good experience and knowledge in the areas of social media and community management, especially in the development of social media strategies
- Very good written and oral communication skills, consulting competence, and a strong sense for target group-specific communication
- Editorial expertise and knowledge in copyright, data protection, accessibility
- Very good IT application skills, including experience in using editorial and CMS systems and collaborative tools
- Diverse personal competencies, e.g. analytical and conceptual thinking, planning competence, creativity, high motivation, and teamwork
- Ideally knowledge of the German vocational education system
- English language skills at least at level B2 of the European Framework of Reference for Languages
