The job position is for a Student Assistant in Controlling & Compliance, supporting project controlling, compliance management, and financial systems maintenance. The role requires analytical skills, knowledge of accounting, and proficiency in MS Excel.
Aufgaben
- Support project controlling and compliance management
- Analyze, improve, and document departmental processes
- Assist in reporting using MS Excel
- Maintain financial and project management systems
- Audit receipts, project budgets, and financial reports
- Research and process project information in graphs, tables, and presentations
- Collaborate in knowledge management system development
Voraussetzungen
- Student in economics/social sciences with basic knowledge of accounting and controlling
- Available for at least one year
- Independent and structured work
- Quick comprehension and good analytical skills
- Affinity for numbers and systems
- Very good knowledge of German language, good knowledge of English language
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
