Einführung
KUGU, a green start-up based in Berlin, is seeking a dedicated Tech Lead to design, develop, and maintain complex and scalable software products for their energy data platform. The Tech Lead will play a key role in reducing CO2 emissions and increasing resource efficiency for customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical leadership, software development, and SaaS applications.
Aufgaben
- Design, develop, and maintain complex and scalable software products
- Lead the technical decision-making process and guide the development team towards technical excellence
- Communicate the technical vision and give technical guidance for the product to the team and stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with the product team in the product discovery process and build the product roadmap
- Partner with the Product Delivery Lead to ensure successful delivery of the product roadmap
Voraussetzungen
- 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership role
- 7+ years of experience in software development
- Proven track record of scaling and maintaining SaaS applications
- Familiarity with data products, software development life cycle, and agile methodologies
- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English (C1)
- In-depth knowledge of tech stack: Kotlin, AWS, Kafka, Rest API design principles, Spring Framework
