Einführung
The Advocacy Capacity Development Consultant position in Kurdistan Region of Iraq with medica mondiale focuses on institutionalizing stress-and trauma sensitivity at the national level in the health system. The consultant will work with the regional office, country advocacy team, and project steering committee to develop their capacity and advocacy plan for implementing a one-year advocacy component. The consultancy is expected to start by the end of May 2024 and be completed by the end of 2024.
Aufgaben
- Develop capacity of country steering committee and advocacy team
- Operationalize advocacy strategy into an operational plan
- Review project documents and conduct needs assessment
- Implement capacity development interventions
- Prepare mission report outlining achievements and recommendations
Voraussetzungen
- Experience in advocacy and lobbying
- Knowledge of programme management
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work with diverse teams
- Fluency in English
