Social Science Consultant for Men's Engagement Program Learning Paper
Einführung
Women for Women International (WfWI) is seeking an experienced social science consultant to analyze and draw learnings from the pilot phase of their Men's Engagement Program (MEP) in four countries. The consultant will be responsible for synthesizing data, identifying key themes, and summarizing findings into a Learning Paper with recommendations. The MEP aims to engage men as allies in achieving gender equality by addressing harmful gender norms and promoting new practices and behaviors. The program targets spouses and male family members of women participating in WfWI's Stronger Women, Stronger Nations program.
Aufgaben
- Undertake in-depth secondary and primary analysis of learnings from program pilots
- Analyze data to identify key themes and trends
- Summarize findings into a Learning Paper with recommendations
- Address key learning questions related to program impact and effectiveness
- Validate findings through an online workshop with key staff
Voraussetzungen
- Master’s degree in social sciences, public policy, public health, or relevant field
- Experience in men’s engagement program delivery and curriculum development
- Experience in program delivery or MERL for gender equality programming
- Proven experience in research, evaluation, or learning studies
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid computer skills including data analysis software and online platforms
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience meeting clear deadlines
