- Selecting artists and music for shows
- Planning, booking, and production of projects requiring curation services
- Scouting new talent
- Maintaining balance in music selection for platform

- General project admin support
Voraussetzungen
- 3+ years work experience in music programming, A&R, or related role
- In-depth knowledge of US and international music industry
- Culturally connected with passion for artistic development
- Fluent in contemporary tools like Slack, Monday, or G-Suite
- Ability to use data for decision-making
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player with commercial awareness
