Conduct bioinformatic analyses of single-cell and spatial transcriptomic datasets to characterize the tumor immune microenvironment in T-cell lymphoma models, Develop and apply reproducible computational workflows for data integration, statistical analysis, and biological interpretation in close interaction with experimental data, Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team and contribute to study design, documentation, figures, presentations, and scientific publications

Independent analysis and interpretation of human and murine omics datasets, Analysis of single-cell sequencing data (scRNA-seq) and spatial transcriptomics, Basic analysis of bulk RNA-seq data, Interpretation and integrative understanding of proteomics and metabolomics datasets, Development and application of bioinformatic workflows for multimodal data integration, Collaboration with experimental researchers to translate computational results into biological insights

Develop and maintain reproducible computational workflows for high-throughput WGS processing (alignment, variant calling, annotation) and ensure data quality through rigorous quality control, benchmarking, and documentation, Design and execute population-scale analyses (using WGS data) in collaboration with academic researchers and consortium partners, including integration of multi-cohort genomic datasets under data privacy standards, Innovate and optimize analytical tools and algorithms to address challenges in large-scale population genomics while staying current with advances in genome technologies and FAIR/open data practices, Provide bioinformatics support across ongoing research projects and contribute to training graduate students and postdoctoral researchers in computational genomics, Prepare figures, reports, and manuscripts, and present results at internal meetings, academic conferences, and consortium workshops

Deliver engaging and high-quality lectures, tutorials, and labs in Machine Learning and AI applications in life sciences, biomedical data analytics and AI-driven discovery., Design and update course materials to reflect current trends, Supervise student projects and theses at the undergraduate and graduate levels, Integrate practical case studies, datasets, and tools, Support academic administration tasks, such as curriculum development, student mentoring, and accreditation processes, Engage with industry partners and contribute to third-party funded research projects

Drive and support the scientific design, analysis, and interpretation of computational and single-cell biology projects, Ensure high methodological standards across the lab, including reproducibility, robust workflows, and shared best practices, Contribute to collaborative research initiatives & grants and help shape the lab’s scientific strategy, Provide mentoring and guidance to PhD students and postdocs as part of an integrated research environment
