Conduct day to day bookkeeping and manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations, Prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with [HGB and IFRS] and internal policies, Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness, Ensure accurate accounting for fixed assets, prepayments, intercompany transactions, etc, Prepare local statutory reporting, tax filings, payroll etc, in compliance with local and international regulations, Drive improvements and standardisation in accounting processes, controls, and documentation by collaborating with the segment and group finance teams, Prepare / Assist with weekly cash flow forecast, budgeting, and variance analysis as needed, Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support forecasting / financial reviews, Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to support business initiatives
