Act as a business partner for Leaders and Employees in all relevant People topics (e.g. performance and talent management, compensation, etc.), Identify areas for improvement, develop HR standards and processes accordingly., Support our Talent Attraction in the entire applicant management process incl. preparation of job descriptions, job ads postings, recruitment analytics, etc., Support in further development of our personnel marketing and employer branding, Champion employee feedback initiatives, designing proactive engagement strategies to foster a responsive, supportive and healthy workplace culture., Contribute to teamwork on various People & Culture projects (e.g. development of culture values, DEI initiatives, etc.), Work closely with our People Operations to enhance our sustainable international growth.
