Plan, introduce, and implement precision agriculture technologies (e.g., FieldExplorer, Phenotyping, Field Machinery, NIRS, Environment) within KWS fields., High presence in research fields to support users, solve problems, identify opportunities and foster close collaboration, Network within and beyond the breeding station landscape to identify synergies in the region and across stakeholders, Serve as a consultant for new technologies, assisting with cost and investment planning., Organize local technology tests and manage country-specific permissions in collaboration with public agencies., Enhance user capabilities by providing regular training, technical expertise, and support materials for field activities across all crops. Maintain a strong field presence., Monitor technology adoption and usage in collaboration with key stakeholders (station managers, station experts, developers, and other functions)., Troubleshoot and main contact with internal developers and external providers particularly during sowing, season management, and harvesting.
