Be the central contact person for customers, understand their requirements, and coordinate closely with epilot's product development teams., Align projects and customers with the roadmap as a SaaS company., Take responsibility for customer projects and guide them to successful completion., Build lighthouse customers through successful project work and assist in their marketing in collaboration with Sales and Marketing., Ensure contractual scope is met by monitoring time, budget, and quality., Identify risks early and manage escalations professionally., Document project progress appropriately and report project status to make progress transparent to all stakeholders., Support with offers and tenders as needed and assist in acquiring new projects together with sales, as well as in developing customer relationships.
