Develop and implement a comprehensive system for planning and setting up modern analytics for our industrial line., Integrate incoming inspections, outgoing goods inspections and the development of process analytics and their continuous monitoring and control., Contribute expertise in operational processes and laboratory set-up at an industrial level., Take over the process monitoring and management of the laboratory at our site in Dormagen and take care of the coordination between the various departments such as Quality Assurance, Industrialization and our teams in Aachen., Actively work on the further development and improvement of analysis techniques and ensure their smooth integration into the industrial process., Accompany and evaluate external test trials, monitor device setup and installation and provide the necessary support for the recruitment of new employees., Be responsible for preparing and supporting the certification of the laboratory to ensure that all requirements are met and the highest quality standards are adhered to., Lead a team of 4 to 6 people, promote open communication and ensure that all team members are able to fulfill their tasks effectively and efficiently.
