fachlicher Vollzug des Umgangs mit wassergefährdenden Stoffen einschließlich Überwachung (WHG, BayWG, AwSV, Technische Richtlinien) und Beratung (Industrie, Landwirtschaft, Privathaushalte), wasserwirtschaftliche Beurteilung von Bauanträgen im Hinblick auf wassergefährdende Stoffe und in diesem Zusammenhang auch Lage von Bauvorhaben in Gewässernähe oder Überschwemmungsgebiet, Stellungnahmen in Verfahren gegenüber Wasserrecht, Immissionsschutz, Baurecht, Gewerbeaufsichtsamt, Schnittstellenfunktion des Landratsamtes gegenüber dem Wasserwirtschaftsamt in wasserrechtlichen Verfahren, fachliche Mitwirkung in wasserrechtlichen Verfahren, z.B. dezentrale Abwasserentsorgung, Wärmepumpe, Bauwasserhaltung sowie die wasserwirtschaftliche Beurteilung von Bauanträgen im 60 m-Uferbereich und Überschwemmungsgebiet.
