Auditing and analysing Access Now’s current individual giving infrastructure, its 2025 end of year campaign (running 17 November, 2025 - 16 January, 2026), and associated communication outputs (emails, social media posts, etc.), a competitor analysis (two similar sized organizations), and a list of recommendations for Access Now to implement as part of stage two: Implementation of recommendations (building a solid foundation)., Interviewing key stakeholders, including the Executive Director, and relevant members of the Development and the Communications and Engagement teams as part of the process to understand their roles and requirements., Preparing a first draft report and presenting it to the relevant stakeholders for feedback and comments., Incorporating the feedback, revising, and presenting the draft report to the relevant stakeholders, during two rounds of review and feedback., Delivering the final version of the audit and recommendations report, ensuring full integration of all feedback.
