Lead the electrical due diligence for candidate sites in European markets., Assess grid capacities, connection timelines, and technical restrictions concerning client load profiles., Identify showstoppers early and quantify their commercial impact., Prepare decision-ready due diligence reports for investors and developers., Manage the grid connection process from preliminary inquiry to connection agreement., Negotiate directly with TSOs and DSOs in Germany, Poland, and other European markets., Review and evaluate grid connection offers, including grid reinforcement costs and commissioning programs., Advise clients on connection strategies: staged capacity, redundancy configurations, dual feeds., Develop electrical concepts and single-line diagrams for medium and high voltage systems., Define topology options according to Tier classification (typically Uptime Institute Tier III / Tier IV) and evaluate them against CapEx targets., Size and specify transformers, switchgear, UPS, emergency power supply, and low-voltage distribution., Coordinate with structural, building, and architectural engineering for spatial and thermal integration., Act as the lead electrical point of contact during due diligence and feasibility phases., Present findings and recommendations to investment committees and project boards., Maintain relationships with grid operators, authorities, equipment suppliers, and subcontractors.
