Application responsibility for PLM and LIMS: functional administration, configuration, support, and further development of the software solution for mapping processes (e.g., recipes, specifications, declarations, workflows)., Transferring business unit requirements into the system and managing prioritized implementation backlogs., 1st/2nd level support, including error analysis at the application and process level., Consulting key users regarding their inquiries and requirements., Participation in implementations, releases/updates, tests, and international roll-outs., Responsibility for functional master data and data quality in the application, as well as support with migrations., Functional support for interface requirements, especially for ERP integration., User training and implementation of support and training concepts for national and international locations.
