Own the end-to-end health of assigned circularity, take-back, and recycling programs once they move beyond pilot., Ensure programs are executed as designed, including regulatory intent, partner setup and communication material., Monitor program KPIs, milestones, volumes, revenue and deviations across countries and customers., Proactively identify opportunities as well as when programs drift, underperform, or are locally reinterpreted — and intervene early., Serve as the primary operational contact for customer country leads and internal stakeholders., Align and coordinate across customer country organizations, internal Solutions and Operations teams, and external recycling and logistics partners., Ensure clarity on responsibilities, timelines, escalation paths, and success criteria., Build strong relationships with decision makers and position Resourcify as a long-term strategic partner., Work closely with the Solutions team and translate real-world operational feedback, constraints, and performance data into structured, actionable input to enable customer development., Identify patterns across multiple customers and feed them back into the organization in a structured way., Help identify growth opportunities by closely engaging with customers and their changing needs to enable informed strategic discussions with the solutions team., Surface clear, evidence-based signals related to scalability limits and operational bottlenecks, regulatory risks or opportunities, and potential program extensions or adaptations.
