Define and lead the V&V strategy for aircraft systems and subsystems (including electric propulsion, energy storage, flight controls, avionics, etc.) in line with certification requirements (e.g., EASA CS-23, FAA Part 23, and emerging eAviation guidelines)., Develop and manage system-level test plans, requirement traceability matrices, test cases, procedures, and compliance evidence throughout the development cycle., Drive the integration and verification process, from early development through to lab testing, hardware-in-the-loop (HIL), ground testing, and later flight test campaigns., Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements and verification evidence using our PLM tool 3D Experience., Lead system-level reviews and audits (PDR, CDR, TRR, V&V reviews) with internal teams and certification authorities., Ensure adherence to all engineering processes/standards.
