Assist in identifying and onboarding new suppliers, gathering quotes, and preparing purchase orders., Support contract negotiation processes by preparing documentation and basic analysis., Help manage supplier relationships, ensuring timely deliveries and resolving basic issues., Maintain accurate procurement records and databases., Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including booking transport, preparing shipping documents, and tracking deliveries., Liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers, including international shipments., Support inventory management, including receiving goods, conducting stock counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records., Identify and report on logistics performance, highlighting potential delays or issues., Accurately input data into our ERP system (e.g. Odoo) related to purchases, shipments, and inventory., Prepare reports on procurement activities, logistics costs, and delivery performance., Maintain organized files and documentation for all purchasing and logistics activities., Work closely with the R&D, Supply Chain, and Customer Success teams to understand material needs and delivery timelines., Identify potential areas for process improvement within daily purchasing and logistics operations., Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
