Ensures a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting lifecycle via support of our Eschweiler Talent Acquisition team, Schedules and confirms virtual and onsite interviews for our German sites; communicates arrangements with both candidates and interviewers, Follows up with stakeholders to ensure timely responses and confirmations, Administers candidate assessments, if needed, Supports coordination of recruiting events (virtual / in person) to include managing vendors, supply shipment and ordering, and managing the event calendar / attendees, as needed, Assists with talent acquisition function as needed. Duties could include editing requisitions, updating job descriptions, contacting candidates for initial phone screens, etc., Other duties as assigned
