Lead the design and authorship of instruction manuals with a focus on accuracy, visual clarity, and consumer-friendliness, Create and manage reusable content components (DITA or modular structure) to streamline documentation across product families, Establish and enforce editorial standards based on Klarstein’s voice and tone, EU compliance requirements, and best practices in structured writing, Act as primary point of contact for all manual-related queries; coordinate across Design, Product Management, QA/Legal, and Localization, Guarantee that all manuals meet CE, EN 82079-1, WEEE, RoHS and other EU directives for user safety and labeling, Own the documentation QA process, including content verification, usability testing, translation reviews, and version control, Monitor and report on documentation KPIs (delivery timeliness, support ticket rate, translation quality, reuse rate)
