IT Support & Troubleshooting: Provide frontline support for hardware, software, and access issues, mainly for Mac users., User Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage user accounts and access using tools like Okta and Google Workspace., Device Management: Support the setup, configuration, and tracking of devices through our MDM platform (e.g., Mosyle)., Procurement Support: Assist in ordering, inventorying, and deploying hardware and software., Tool Administration: Help maintain IT systems including Google Workspace, Okta, and other productivity and security tools., Security Basics: Follow and help enforce IT security best practices, including patching, access management, and basic compliance checks., Documentation: Maintain clear and up-to-date IT documentation and contribute to process improvement., Team Collaboration: Work with other departments to support IT needs and assist with IT-related projects.
