Make sure kitchens are stocked with drinks and snacks, Welcome guests and visitors with a smile, Handle incoming and outgoing mail, Be the first point of contact when something isn’t working – and coordinate solutions, Order food, beverages, and office supplies, Manage employee benefits, Organize our monthly All Hands and other team events, Manage the office budget, Organize summer & winter company parties, surprises, and fun initiatives, Support office moves or setting up new departments/teams, Act as main contact person for cleaning services, facility management, and landlord, Help shape the office culture and be our feel-good manager, Answer emails from candidates and coordinate interviews, Make sure meeting rooms are set up for external guests (e.g., candidates) with drinks & snacks, Support onboarding of new colleagues (welcome packages, desk setup, first-day tour), Assist with light HR/recruiting tasks and small admin projects
